The pleasure of the table
We are proud of our CUISINE, because the Chef Paolo Baldoni (40 years experience) is my father ;-).
I’m sure of the quality raw materials that he chosses personally everyday. There is a lot of passion behind this job, our chef Paolo does not allow the use of canned or pre-processed products.
Enjoy the traditional tastes and flavours in our restaurant “IL GUSTO”.
Our excellent Chef will tickle your taste buds with our fish, meat and vegetable based specialities and desserts.
We cannot prepare meals for people with celiac disease.
HOURS FOR LUNCH AND DINNER
Lunch is at 13.00 and dinner at 19.45.
I recommend to be in time, because we do not pre-cook, every meal is cooked at the moment and we want to serve it perfect!
In this way we avoid unnecessary waiting at the table, the holiday time is precious. 🙂

The best way to wake up?
Starting your day with an excellent breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere, thanks to the pool, is very important.
Our breakfast buffet offers you delicious savour: focaccia bread baked every morning by the Chef, cheeses, cold cuts and salamis accompanied by fragrant bread, scrambled eggs and savoury tarts.
Sweetness with home-made cakes, an assortment of biscuits and pastries, freshly-baked doughnuts and croissants, fresh fruit, fruit salad, juices, yoguhrts, a variety of cereals, excellent butter, jams and marmalades, accompanied by, a selection of organic products and naturally, milk, teas, coffees, with a professional service.
