POKE'
Until a few years ago, the existence of this dish was not even known but by now everyone knows it and loves it, but not everyone knows its origins and history well.
It is a dish of ancient Hawaiian origins, where fishermen often cut the catch and ate it raw, seasoned with sea salt and seaweed.
Everyone calls it "Pokè", in reality, it is pronounced "pok-ei" which means "in small pieces", in fact it is a dish made up of rice or salad, fish (raw or cooked) or meat, vegetables and sauces.
In Riccione you can find several poker houses where you can enjoy your pokè or take it away and eat it by the sea with friends or family.
