It is in San Clemente that the very famous "Sangiovese" is produced, one of a kind, cultivated using biodynamic practices, certified by Demeter. In this place there is the possibility of living a particular experience: a visit to the most significant places of the estate, such as the open-air museum, the vat cellar, the wine temple, the aging area and finally the exhibition of internal and external art.
Enio Ottaviani, a company that has passed through three generations, is also located, as far as production is concerned, in San Clemente while the vines are positioned in the wildlife oasis of the Conca river; here there is the cultivation of:
