Depending on the day and market availability, you will find the meats: picanha, maminha, alcatra, costela de porco, linguica, coracao di frango, carneiro com hortela, fraudina com chicory and many others!
Taste the most characteristic cocktails, the caipirinhas with lime, passion fruit and goyaba. A sensory experience, not for the palate, but for all the senses. You will have a colorful buffet available, with vegetable appetizers, salads, hot and cold ethnic dishes, fish dishes, typical fried foods and the inevitable rice and feijoada, as well as a selection of cooked meats served on the traditional sword.
