These days however: Khaled Gadalla is a very talented young chef who was born in Shibin El Kom, Egypt 42 years ago. In 2006 he arrives in Italy and meets Diego Silvestri, the owner of the Patty restaurant in Riccione, with whom he shares his idea of cooking to this day.
Gadalla's cuisine is Mediterranean-style, based on very fresh fish, raw seafood and preparations that enhance the raw material while respecting it. Today, Gadalla is one of the most popular chefs on the Riviera for his ability to create dishes of great taste, reminiscent of Mediterranean cuisine but at the same time perfectly marrying the flavors and seafaring traditions of this area of Romagna.
