The pleasure of the table

We are proud of our CUISINE, because the chef Paolo Baldoni (who has been cooking for 40 years) is my father ;-).

I’m sure of the quality raw materials that he chosses personally everyday. There is a lot of passion behind this job, our chef Paolo does not allow the use of canned or pre-processed products.

We serve you first and second courses of meat, fish and vegetarian menu, fruit and desserts.

At the buffet area instead you find many vegetables both cooked and raw, appetizers of fish, piadina, croutons and pizzas for all tastes. All strictly homemade.

We personally prepare meals for people with celiac disease.

Starting your day with an excellent breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere, thanks to the pool, is very important.
Our breakfast buffet offers you delicious savour: focaccia bread baked every morning by the chef PAOLO, cheeses, cold cuts and salamis accompanied by fragrant bread, scrambled eggs prepared while you wait and savoury tarts; sweetness with home-made cakes, an assortment of biscuits and pastries, freshly-baked doughnuts and croissants, fresh fruit, fruit salad, juices, yoguhrts, a variety of cereals, excellent butter, jams and marmalades, accompanied by, a selection of organic products and naturally, milk, teas, coffees, with a professional service.
